This policy applies to KhanTech Labs Motivation Assistance, a once-off service priced at R299.
Delivery timeframe
Once we have received all information and supporting documentation reasonably required to prepare your motivation, we aim to deliver the completed motivation within 48 hours.
When a full refund may be requested
You may request a full refund if KhanTech Labs is unable to deliver your completed motivation within 48 hours after all required information and documentation have been received.
When refunds are not ordinarily available
Refunds are not ordinarily available where:
- you have not supplied all required information or supporting documentation;
- delivery is delayed by incomplete, inaccurate or unclear information supplied by you;
- the completed motivation was delivered within the stated 48-hour period; or
- you change your mind after work has commenced.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
